1. Legal Compliance & Cooperation
- We respect user privacy and do not disclose personal data unless legally required.
- We comply with valid court orders, subpoenas, or legal requests from authorized law enforcement agencies.
- Requests must comply with applicable local, national, and international laws.
2. Types of Requests We Accept
Law enforcement agencies may submit:
- Subpoenas – For obtaining basic account information (e.g., username, email, registration date).
- Court Orders – For access to limited user data beyond basic account details.
- Search Warrants – Required for content data, IP logs, and other sensitive user information.
- Emergency Requests – In cases of immediate threats to life or safety, we may disclose information if legally justified.
3. Data We May Provide
Depending on the request and legal requirements, we may provide:
- Basic account details (email, registration date, last login, etc.).
- User activity logs (such as IP addresses, session timestamps).
- Uploaded content (if covered by a valid warrant).
- Communication records (only if legally mandated).
We do not retain payment details, personal messages, or deleted content beyond system logs.
4. Request Submission Guidelines
Law enforcement requests must:
- Be issued by a recognized legal authority.
- Be officially signed and include case details.
- Clearly specify the data requested and legal basis.
- Be submitted in English or include a certified translation.
5. International Law Enforcement Requests
- Requests from non-local jurisdictions must be made through mutual legal assistance treaties (MLATs) or other formal legal cooperation channels.
- We do not respond to informal or unofficial foreign requests.
6. User Notification Policy
- We may notify users if their data is requested unless legally prohibited.
- If a gag order prevents disclosure, we comply with the legal directive.
- In cases involving imminent threats, child exploitation, or human trafficking, we may act without prior notification.
7. Retention & Preservation of Data
- We store limited user data as per our retention policies.
- Upon receiving a valid request, we may preserve relevant data for up to 90 days, extendable by a formal court order.
- Deleted data cannot be recovered beyond our retention period.
8. Abuse & Misuse of Requests
- Fraudulent or unauthorized law enforcement requests will be rejected and reported.
- We reserve the right to challenge overly broad or unlawful demands.
