How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Request

How to Submit a Photo Complaint (Non-Copyrighted Personal Images)
If your personal photos have been uploaded to NustyNest without your permission, you can request removal by providing:
- Proof of Identity: A government-issued ID or another document verifying your identity.
- URLs to the Unauthorized Photos: Direct links to the images in question.
- A Statement of Non-Consent: Confirming that you did not authorize the upload of these images.

Counter-Notification Process
If your content was removed due to a DMCA complaint and you believe this was done in error, you may submit a counter-notification that includes:
- Your contact details (name, email, phone number).

- Your consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable legal system.
- Your electronic or physical signature.
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed content unless the complainant pursues legal action.
