How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Request

If you are the copyright owner (or an authorized representative), you may file a Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) complaint to request the removal of infringing content. Your request must include:

1. Your Contact Information:

   • Email address
   • Phone number (optional)

2. Identification of the Copyrighted Work:

   • Proof of ownership (e.g., registration details, timestamps, or metadata).

3. Identification of the Infringing Material:

   • A direct URL to the infringing content on NustyNest.
   • Screenshots or other supporting evidence (if available).

4. A Statement of Good Faith:

   • “I have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.”

5. A Statement of Accuracy:

   • “I declare under penalty of perjury that the information in this notification is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.”

6. Signature:

   • Your electronic or physical signature (typing your full name is acceptable for electronic submissions).

How to Submit a Photo Complaint (Non-Copyrighted Personal Images)

If your personal photos have been uploaded to NustyNest without your permission, you can request removal by providing:

1. Proof of Identity: A government-issued ID or another document verifying your identity.
2. URLs to the Unauthorized Photos: Direct links to the images in question.
3. A Statement of Non-Consent: Confirming that you did not authorize the upload of these images.

Counter-Notification Process

If your content was removed due to a DMCA complaint and you believe this was done in error, you may submit a counter-notification that includes:

• Your contact details (name, email, phone number).
• A description of the removed content and its URL.
• A statement of good faith, asserting that the material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.
• Your consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable legal system.
• Your electronic or physical signature.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed content unless the complainant pursues legal action.
